Terms & Conditions

1) Eligibility

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or above and legally eligible to operate this business in India.

2) Independent Distributor Status

I understand that I am joining as an independent distributor and not as an employee, agent, partner or franchisee.

3) No Employment Relationship

This association does not provide salary, wages, job security or employment benefits.

4) No Franchise & No Entry Fee

This distributorship is not a franchise and no joining fee or compulsory product purchase is required.

5) Legal Compliance

I agree to comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and all applicable Indian laws.

6) No Pyramid or Money Circulation Scheme

Income is earned only from the sale of products to end consumers and not from recruitment.

7) Retail Sales Obligation

I agree to give primary importance to retail sales to non-distributor customers within India.

8) No Stock Loading

I agree not to purchase excessive products beyond my reasonable resale or personal use capacity.

9) Product Presentation

I agree not to make false, misleading, medical or disease-cure claims.

10) Income Representation

I agree not to promise guaranteed income or fixed returns.

11) Earnings Disclaimer

Income depends entirely on personal effort, sales performance and business skills.

12) No Income Proof Display

I agree not to display commission cheques, income screenshots or testimonials as guarantees.

13) Commission & Bonus Payments

Commissions and bonuses are paid only on actual product sales as per the compensation plan.

14) No Commission on Tools

No commission is paid on sales aids or promotional materials.

15) Tax Responsibility

I am responsible for payment of income tax, GST (if applicable) and other statutory taxes.

16) KYC Requirement

I agree to submit valid KYC documents including PAN, address proof, bank details and photograph.

17) KYC Time Limit

KYC must be completed within 30 days of registration.

18) KYC Non-Compliance

Commissions may be withheld or ID suspended if KYC is not completed.

19) Buy-Back / Repurchase Policy

The company will repurchase unopened, resalable products as per policy.

20) Cooling-Off Period

I may cancel distributorship within 30 days of joining.

21) Refund, Return & Replacement

The company follows a transparent refund and replacement policy.

22) Intellectual Property

I will not misuse company name, logo or materials without permission.

23) Online Sales Restriction

I agree not to sell products on unauthorized platforms.

24) Data Privacy & Confidentiality

I agree to keep all company and customer data confidential.

25) Ownership of Data

All distributor and customer data belongs to the company.

26) Downline Responsibility

I agree to ethically guide and support my downline.

27) Ethical Conduct

I will not engage in misleading or illegal activities.

28) Non-Solicitation

I will not solicit company distributors for another business during association and 120 days after termination.

29) Non-Compete

I will not participate in competing direct selling businesses during association.

30) Transfer & Inheritance

Distributorship cannot be transferred but may be inherited.

31) Grievance Redressal

Complaints will be resolved within 45 days as per law.

32) Amendments

Company may modify terms which will be binding once published.

33) Force Majeure

Company is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

34) Limitation of Liability

Company is not liable for losses due to misuse or misconduct.

35) Termination

Company may terminate distributorship for violations.

36) Effect of Termination

Distributor ID will be deactivated and income will cease.

37) Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.

38) Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction decided by the company.
