1) Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

The customer may cancel the order before it gets dispatched. We process the refund within 7–20 working days. We shall not accept order cancellation after it has been shipped.

2) Product Return & Refund Policy

We take utmost care in providing you the best products. However, if you change your mind after receiving the order:

You can return the product and get a full refund or exchange
Return allowed within 30 days from purchase date
Provide invoice copy with returned product
Return product in original manufacturer packaging
Product must be in saleable condition

Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

If the product seal is broken, return or replacement will not be accepted.

Once the product is received, our quality team will inspect it and update eligibility for refund.

3) Product Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable if:

Product is damaged or tampered
Wrong product received
Items are missing from the order

Please follow these steps:

Record a video and take pictures while opening the package
Do not break the product seal if you have doubts

Once the product seal is broken, replacement or return will not be accepted.
