2) How to Raise a Grievance

    Login → Support Ticket → Open New Ticket → Ticket Nature: "Grievance"

4) Support Ticket Process

Registered users can create a grievance request by:

  • Logging into their account
  • Clicking on "Support Ticket"
  • Selecting "Open New Ticket"
  • Choosing Ticket Nature: Grievance
  • Submitting relevant details and documents

5) Grievance Redressal Timeline

  • Acknowledgement: Within 48 working hours of receipt
  • Resolution: Within 30 days from the date of complaint submission

All communication and updates will be provided through the support ticket system or registered email.

If the customer/distributor does not respond within 30 days after the company's reply, the grievance will be considered resolved and closed.
